What is Agni Mudra:

It is a posture that helps in the release of locked energy within the body and directs the flow and reflexes of the brain. When the hands are deliberately placed in a particular configuration, the neuronal circuit is stimulated over a long period of time which reinforces the specific effect of posture on the brain. Let’s know its benefits and how to do this currency: –

Method of performing Agni mudra:

1- First of all, place the carpet / mat in a clean and flat place. Now sit in Sukhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana.

2- Now make the fist of fingers with the thumb of both your hands out.

3- Then mix the top of the thumb of both your hands together. And keep your palms down.

4- Keeping the eyes closed will make breathing normal and keep your mind focused on your breathing speed and posture.

5- Now stay in this state for 15-45 minutes.

Time and procedure for performing the fire posture: –

If you practice it everyday then you will get good results. Practicing this mudra in the morning and in the evening is more fruitful. Agni mudra can be applied for 15 to 45 minutes.

This fire posture should be done on an empty stomach. While doing this mudra, your attention should not be distracted.
